These instruments were for a commercial product based on Microsoft Flight Simulator FS98. I designed and implemented them around 1998/1999. To implement these on that old simulator I had to develop an entire graphics library to draw lines, fill areas, draw circles, perform BitBlt, etc. as nothing useful for that purpose was available in the SDK.
The left screen is called the 'PFD' (Primary Flight Display), the one on the right is called the 'ND' (Navigation Display). The latter shows, in this example, a route in magenta with some waypoints.
